Our commitment to accessibility
Everyone deserves to be able to get insurance information, request a quote, and reach our team, regardless of ability or the technology they use. We build and maintain this website with that goal in front of us.
The standard we work to
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2, Level AA, published by the W3C. Accessibility is part of how we review every change to this site, not a one-time project. Among other measures, the site is built with semantic HTML landmarks and headings, full keyboard operability, visible focus indicators, text alternatives for images, color contrast checked against WCAG thresholds, labeled forms with clear error messages, and support for reduced-motion preferences.
Third-party tools
A few parts of the site rely on outside services: our scheduling widget (Calendly), the spam check on our quote form (Cloudflare Turnstile), and our live chat (Help Scout). We choose these vendors with accessibility in mind, but we do not control their code. If any of them gives you trouble, every one of those tasks can also be done by phone.
